Smart Start is a health and wellbeing programme aimed at young children (3-5 years) in early learning and childcare settings.
It provides children with the opportunity to engage in activities endorsing key messages on nutritional eating and physical activity.
The children at Dingwall Ducklings have been learning all about Smart Start and they wanted to share their Healthy Hearts slides with everyone!

I went back to see how the children at Dingwall Ducklings were getting on with the Smart Start material just before the Easter holidays and saw some great work going on, keep on with the positive messages.
